To get to Patras by airplane, you can travel to Athens international Aiport (Eleftherios Venizelos).From there you can travel to Patras by train, or by bus from the kifissos station. Alternatively, you can travel to Patras by ferry from Italy (Ancona, Venice, Bari, Brindisi) or from the Ionian Islands.
The Rio-Antirio bridge is located just 5 km from patras, connecting patras with central and northern greece while the greek national road 9 passes through patras, connecting athens with the west peloponnese.

- The National Gallery-Alexandros Soutzos Museum
The National Gallery was built in 1900 and is the most important institution about the history of Greek and Western european art in our country. In 1954, under the management of Marinos Kaligas, the gallery merged with Alexander Soutsou's legacy and has since been known as, "The National Gallery-Alexandros Soutzos Museum". Since the building's completion the institute is situated on the corner of Vasileos Alexandrou and Mihalakopoulou in the heart of Athens.

- Plaka
The name Plaka stems from Arvanitika "Pliak Athena", meaning "Old Athens". Plaka has many archaeological sites of great importance. The first that will draw a visitor's attention is the famous Temple of the Winds is part of the ancient Roman Agora. It initially was a meteorological station from the first century built by the Syrian Astronomer Andronikos Kyrrhestes. The freize which represents the winds and their personalities is the most interesting part of the building and visitors must undoubtedly have a closer look.

- Μy Plaka
Plaka is one of the most and beautiful and picturesque areas of Athens. It is a part of the ancient town bellow the Acropolis. It mainly comprises of narrow streets and old houses. People that visited it in the past may say that it was packed with cheap tavernas and loud night clubs full of drunk tourists, but in recent years it has had a face lift. The restaurants and tavernas are a lot nicer and the clubs are replaced by trendy and cute bars that attract tourists and locals alike. In the day there are many shops, street artists, flower sellers and cafes for fun walks.
